The new Pavilion Suite

The Pavilion Suite at Lingfield Park Racecourse in Surrey is a multi-functional conference and events space with a host of new features. As well as having a complete décor make over, it has a new AV system with integrated microphones, state-of-the-art smart tablet controls with 4 connectivity stations complete with up-to-date connectivity ports.

With a full capacity theatre style of up to 700, it also has its own bar and the following benefits:

• Re-designed colour scheme, carpet and furniture for functions
• New lighting throughout the Pavilion Suite and communal areas
• New bar fit-out with a marble counter top and new back and front bar display
• Updated works to existing partition walls to allow for versatile room dividing
• Fully renovated and accessible toilets featuring waterless units, smart air purifiers and hand dryers, touchless taps

In March, guests were invited to see the new Pavilion in the first in a series of FAM trips to the ARC racecourses in the YourVENUE portfolio. More FAM trips are planned over the coming months at Windsor, Wolverhampton and Brighton.

This unique space is also ideal for exhibitions, product launches, self-catering weddings and gala dinners and can accommodate a stage, dance floor, motorised vehicles and much more. Just outside, hirers can take advantage of the patio and views across the racecourse ideal for barbeques, corporate summer parties and networking events.
