Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce to an exclusive menu tasting event at the Staffordshire Stand. This special gathering was not just about fine dining—it was about setting the stage for a truly spectacular Gala Awards Dinner on July 10th, which will mark the 10th anniversary of the Staffordshire Business Awards.

With 400-450 attendees expected, this milestone event will be hosted in the breathtaking new Final Furlong marquee at Uttoxeter Racecourse, showcasing both the excellence of Staffordshire’s business community and the incredible event spaces we have to offer.

The evening’s highlight? The outstanding menu, crafted by Head Chef Jason Smith, received a standing ovation—a true testament to the culinary brilliance that awaits our guests in July.
