This picturesque site is ideal for an almost unlimited variety of festivals, functions and large-scale events as well as smaller meetings and hospitality. The Royal Crescent is a modern, spacious and light hall for hire ideal for conferences, banqueting and wedding fairs. In addition, the balcony provides views of the landscape so your guests can spill out for extra breathing space.

The Langridge Stand is a modern purpose-built conference and events space that benefits from plenty of natural daylight, state-of-the-art equipment, complimentary parking and a private roof garden.

Nestled between two incredible cities, Bath and Bristol, the Racecourse is within easy access from the M4 and ideal for a huge variety of corporate and business events and functions including exhibitions, commercial events, product launches wedding fairs and trade shows.

Royal Crescent

The Royal Crescent is modern, spacious and light – ideal for conferences, banqueting and wedding fairs. In addition, the balcony provides views of the landscape so your guests can spill out for extra breathing space.

Our rooftop terrace underneath an iconic sail canopy, perfect for networking, receptions and summer parties. Whether you want al-fresco dining or fresh air for networking, this is one of the course’s most coveted areas.

1811 Bar

On ground level, the 1811 Bar provides the solution for a registration or reception area for welcoming your delegates. Similarly, this could double as a break out space or buffet area, separate from the upstairs exhibition if you desired.

This has all the charm of a traditional bar but the flexibility to accommodate theatre, cabaret or reception styles of up to 100 guests.

Travel guidance

By Car

Conveniently located two miles north of the city centre, Bath Racecourse is just six miles south of Junction 18 of the M4 Motorway and is well signposted from all major routes to its location on Lansdown Hill. Parking is free and plentiful. A taxi from Bath City centre would take approximately 20 - 30 minutes (depending on traffic).

By Rail

Bath Spa Station is only 11 minutes by train from Bristol Temple Meads. You can also reach Bath from both the main London Paddington and South Wales lines. There are also regular connections from Cardiff and Birmingham. You can then transfer from Bath Spa Station to the racecourse using the Race Day Shuttle Bus Service.

By Air

The racecourse is less than 20 miles from Bristol International Airport. Helicopters may land at the course on a race day, with prior permission from the racecourse, on 01225 424609.

A big thank you to the Bath Racecourse team with the Christmas party evening that may I say we absolutely enjoyed, so much so we have booked again for this year.

The whole evening was very well organised from the start with a very warm welcome from the pleasant staff to the very efficient way the food arrived at our table.

The Christmas dinner was served lovely and hot, full compliments to the chefs involved for a very tasty meal.

The choice of music from the DJ was excellent throughout with a great party atmosphere that you couldn’t resist on getting up and showing off your dancing skills or not haha but one can try.
