The energy and atmosphere that comes from the venue’s sporting roots, which date back to 1783, injects life into any event and will make a lasting impression on your guests and audiences. This picturesque seaside location is perfect for conferences, exhibitions and parties as we have dozens of hall spaces, suites and rooms for hire. It is within easy access of major roads and has a combined parking capacity for 1,000 cars.

This is our largest indoor event space and is located on the ground floor. The suite’s main entrance includes a separate reception area and has two additional trackside access points with large folding doors and additional ramps for easy unloading. For large scale set ups the space will accommodate articulated vehicles if required.

Brighton Racecourse is easy to reach from the A27 Brighton bypass. From the A23, go east on the A27. Head for signs directing you to Sussex University and take the B2123 to Woodingdean, turn right at the traffic lights and the Racecourse is approximately one mile on your left-hand side.

Travel guidance

By Car

Brighton Racecourse is easy to reach from the A27 Brighton bypass. Head for signs directing you to Sussex University and take the B2123 to Woodingdean, turn right at the traffic lights and the Racecourse is approximately one mile on your left-hand side.

By Rail

Brighton is less than an hour from London by train and there are services from Victoria, London Bridge and Kings Cross. There are also frequent coastway services operating from Eastbourne, Lewes, Hastings, Worthing and Portsmouth.

By Air

Light aircraft and helicopters may land at Shoreham Airport with prior permission, 6 miles west of the Racecourse. Please contact the airport for approval on 01273 296900.
