Set within 65 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside, we have experience in running successful, large-scale events. Indoors, we have a variety of function rooms for hire ideal for conferences or seminars while outdoors, our vast site and infrastructure is perfect for accommodating a drive-in movie, food festival or even a Wintr Wonderland with fireworks.

Premier Lounge

Perfect for any private function, the concourse measures over 600 square metres and includes its own bar and café, toilet facilities and terrace overlooking Fontwell gardens. Comfortably accommodating up to 500, the space also benefits from plasma screen, remote control AV and lighting and panoramic views across the course.

One of our most photogenic locations, this Grade II Listed building with its distinctive pillars and stepped, patioed entrance dates back to the 1920s and, set within landscaped gardens, is a favourite amongst guests as a tranquil area for reflection and group photos should you need it. Inside, the floor to ceiling windows flood the room with natural daylight providing a unique, intimate setting for social occasions or parties.

Consisting of 12 breakout rooms and one double box, these professional suites are perfect for meetings, training sessions and seminars, and each boast a balcony that offers stunning views across the racecourse. They also benefit from plasma screens, relaxed seating areas with sofas and views of the racecourse – perfect as your breakout area.

Fontwell Park is situated on the A27/A29 roundabout between Chichester and Arundel. Access to our main car park on racedays is from Fontwell Avenue (A29 towards Bognor Regis), the entrance is 300 yards from the roundabout on the right-hand side. By Rail

The nearest railway station is Barnham, which is two miles away. The racecourse is situated in Fontwell and served by an excellent bus service linking Chichester and Littlehampton, which stops at both Barnham station and the racecourse. The number 500 bus service departs every 30 minutes from Chichester commencing 6.25am, and from Littlehampton every 30 mins commencing 5.35am. A very useful connection."
