One of our most photogenic locations, this Grade II Listed building with its distinctive pillars and stepped, patioed entrance dates back to the 1920s and, set within landscaped gardens, is a favourite amongst guests as a tranquil area for reflection and group photos should you need it. Inside, the floor to ceiling windows flood the room with natural daylight providing a unique, intimate setting for social occasions or parties.

By Rail

The nearest railway station is Barnham, which is two miles away. The racecourse is situated in Fontwell and served by an excellent bus service linking Chichester and Littlehampton, which stops at both Barnham station and the racecourse. The number 500 bus service departs every 30 minutes from Chichester commencing 6.25am, and from Littlehampton every 30 mins commencing 5.35am. A very useful connection."
