Riverbank Marquee

One of our biggest spaces, it has a 250-person dinner/dance capacity with an adjoining large patio and grassed area. However, the backdrop of the beautiful river also works well for providing an inspirational setting for conferences and exhibitions

Balloon Meadow

Two large grass areas either side of the main driveway as you enter into the Racecourse. Used as an event space on one side and car parking on the other side this can also be used as a free car park.

1866 Suite

With a celebratory feel, this space is great for parties and smaller wedding receptions. Able to seat 70 in a dinner/dance layout, with its own bar. This space allows you room to party without your guests feeling lost.

The Royal Suite

A set of eight grandstand boxes that can be opened up to form a large space or divided up to create a really versatile space overlooking the course with balconies.

Gastro Restaurant

A meat eaters paradise and homage to top quality beef from around the world. Gastro’s location at Royal Windsor Racecourse makes it more than just another steakhouse.

Located in our historic Victorian Grandstand, just moments from the finishing post and Paddock Lawn. We were very proud that Gastro was a finalist in the 2019 RCA Showcase Awards in the food and beverage category.

It is an honour to be nominated for this award which is a great reflection of the hard work that the whole team has put into Gastro.

This is perfect as a shared networking lounge for conferences held in the Paddock Pavilion.  Small private parties also work well in here as it has its own bar.

Champagne Bar

Located at the heart of the Heidsieck enclosure the Heidsieck monopole champagne bar and lawn is the perfect place to relax whist enjoying a crisp cold glass of champagne surrounded by a very innovative décor.

Its lovely lawn garden also has a great view of the finishing line and is only a few meters away from the parade ring making it perfect for Summer Parties or celebrations.

The pavilion covers two floors and is made up of a series of boxes that are ideal for smaller meetings or as break-out spaces. Alternatively, they can be used for lunches with stunning views over the racecourse.

Located to the left of the Grandstand as you are looking out onto the racetrack, this is popular for large festival type events and also used as a car park for events taking place in Centre course

This large outdoor space can be used for large festival type events or race village for cycling or running events. Also used as Members/Hospitality car park on a large event day.

Very large area ideal for festival type events along with race village for cycling or running events this can also be used for running events that require inflatables

Conveniently located 1.5 miles from Windsor town centre the racecourse is easily accessible and well signposted from junction 6 on the M4 and junction 3 on the M3. If using sat-nav please use the postcode SL4 5EZ.
