The Exhibition Hall

Located on the ground floor of the Prince Edward Grandstand, the exhibition hall has a top capacity of 600 with over 1,500 square metres of space ideal for fairs, conferences and product launches. It can also be transformed to host larger social occasions, parties and wedding receptions.

1907 Suite

Following a £600,000 refurbishment project, the 1907 is a unique, stylish conferencing and banqueting suite with panoramic views of the racecourse. A highly sought-after facility for up to 350 guests, making it one of the largest venues in East Staffordshire. Comprising of 375 square metres, the adaptable space is perfect for conferences, exhibitions, balls and weddings. The fully redesigned interior has a contemporary feel, discreetly incorporating a fully integrated AV system; including a large projection screen, lighting rig and removable staging. With lift access up to its first-floor location, this suite is completely accessible to disabled guests.

Travel guidance

By Car

North West - M6 to J15, follow signs for A50 Uttoxeter/Derby. North East - M1 to J24a, straight onto the A50 following signs for Uttoxeter/Derby. South and South West - M5(J4a) or M40 (J3a), join the M42 (J7). Exit M42 at J9 (Lichfield) follow signs for Lichfield and A38 (Burton/Derby). Exit A38 at A50 (Uttoxeter/Stoke). Alternatively; From M5 (J8) or M42 (J7), join M6 (North). Exit at J14 and take A513 to Stafford, then A518 (Uttoxeter). South East - M1 To J23a, the A50 (Uttoxeter/Stoke).

By Rail

Uttoxeter Railway station is adjacent to the Racecourse. Most Intercity services run trains to Derby and Stoke on Trent which in turn runs regular connecting trains to Uttoxeter. A direct service also operates from Crewe. For information on trains servicing Uttoxeter Racecourse please visit the East Midlands Trains website or Trainline.

By Air

Helicopters may land on the centre course (by prior arrangement with the racecourse) whilst aircraft may use Tatenhill Airfield at Needwood, 7 miles from the Racecourse. (Please contact Tatenhill on 01283 575283)

Throughout the conference, we were exceptionally well taken care of by the attentive and professional staff. The refreshments, including an amazing brunch, were a highlight, providing a delightful culinary experience for all attendees.
