The Eclipse Suite is set amongst the landscaped gardens on the main complex of the resort and has what some clients describe as the most stunning views out across the racecourse and the surrounding parkland. The lower part of the building comprises five individual suites, all with patio doors opening out onto the paved area with seating. Above, the Upper Eclipse Suite is the perfect party space popular for social occasions, business meetings and networking events. The Pavilion Suite at Lingfield Park Racecourse in Surrey is a multi-functional conference and events space with a host of new features. As well as having a complete décor make over, it has a new AV system with integrated microphones, state-of-the-art smart tablet controls with 4 connectivity stations complete with up-to-date connectivity ports.

Location

This course is excellently served by the railway station, just a 2 minute pathway to the track from the station. However there are some reasonable hourly buses from elsewhere - the 231 from Tunbridge Wells to Edenbridge stops by the racecourse both ways, as does the 281 bus from Crawley to and from East Grinstead

Just wanted to say a huge “Thank You” – in particular to Louella, Nicole and Oliver – for the fantastic event we had yesterday at Lingfield Park, as well as the many other members of the team whose names I don’t have.

Our Chairman, CEO, Board Members and most importantly, our guests, were delighted with every aspect of the event and feedback was excellent all-round.

The ACA holds a number of different events each year and this was a new format for us, which is always a little scary when combined with a new venue – particularly when celebrating 75 years of the Association at the same time – but it worked out perfectly for us.

The food was also excellent and very well received after a long and hot day!

We will definitely be back to Lingfield Park and will share the many photos and videos we took of the activities, golf and evening BBQ once we have had a chance to put them all together, and looking at dates for 2025.
