Pavilion Suite

Possibly the most versatile space at Lingfield Park, the Pavilion Suite is a popular choice with clients with a top capacity 750. Suitable for many occasions, such as conferences, product launches or large celebrations, this space boasts a fully operating bar and can easily accommodate a stage, dance floor, or whatever your imagination wishes. It also has a private patio, perfect for break out groups or a barbeque in the summertime.

Grandstand

Overlooking the whole racecourse, this adaptable space can be used as one large area or split up into as many as 6 boxes, each with its own private balcony. Whether you’re looking for a small meeting room or private dinner in a box with a private bar, or looking to have the full space with a dance floor to party the night away, the grandstand boxes offer an adaptive space. Boxes 2 to 5 are also licensed for wedding ceremonies.

Upper Eclipse Suite

A beautiful building separate to the main racecourse complex that offers impressive and unrivalled views directly down the final straight of the track. The first floor comes with a viewing platform, fully functioning bar and a top capacity of 100; ideal for parties and social occasions. On the ground floor, the building boasts additional office space for larger events in the form of 5 boxes.

The Paddock Lawn

This is one of our most versatile spaces, with the capacity to erect exclusive marquees for up to 400 people. The existing infrastructure has a number of food and beverage outlets in situ as the perfect addition to any summer event, including outdoor team building or sponsor activities, open air cinema or a family fun day.

Our Great Outdoors

If it’s acres of green space you’re after, we’re ideally suited for summer parties, fun fairs, bouncy castles, festivals and concerts including The Human League and Paloma Faith. Additionally, the vast area located inside the perimeter of the course is ideal for circus hire, firework displays, motorcycle jumps and more.

Directors Suite

Set overlooking the finish line, this premium space offers a view second to none. From executive dinners, to baby showers and racing hospitality, this suite is worthy of any celebratory event.

Hotel Suites

The three suites of Chartwell, Hever and Batemans are all housed within the luxury hotel, and offer stunning views over the racecourse from their private balconies. Each one is able to hold up to 70 guests, has its own fully functioning bar and are licensed for wedding ceremonies. These comfortable, modern spaces are ideal for smaller conferences or celebrations with the option of joining two together.

Golf Lounge

Popular as a VIP viewing area or indoor base during music events or festivals, this space is also the place to continue the party, should you not wish to go to bed early. It also comes with its own private bar and could be used for dining.

Lingfield Park Golf Course

On the same site as YourVENUE is Lingfield Park golf course. This challenging 18 hole course has stunning views of the countryside and is the perfect addition to your away-day or residential conference offering a much-needed leisure diversion from the business of the day.

Lingfield Park Resort Hotel

With balconies and stunning views over the Surrey countryside, Lingfield Park Resort Hotel is on the same complex as the functions rooms, spaces and golf course. Access & Directions

The resort is just 15 minutes from the M25 (J6) or M23 (J10), for sat nav users please use postcode RH7 6PQ. We’re a five-minute walk from Lingfield train station, 45 minutes on a direct train from London Victoria and approximately 10 miles from Gatwick Airport. Helicopters may land on the racecourse by prior arrangement.
